Transair valves are designed for quick and easy integration into a Transair system. Valves are an important addition to any compressed air system to stop the flow of air to certain parts of the system. Placing valves at strategic points (i.e. compressor outlets, dryers, storage tanks, drop lines, etc) allow for system isolation for routine maintenance or layout reconfigurations. Transair offers ball and butterfly valves to fit size constraints and preference. The “full bore” design of Transair valves, paired with the low coefficient of friction in the aluminum pipe ensures optimal flow throughout the compressed air system. All valves are 100% recyclable, silicone free, and made from materials with no propagation of flame. All valves conform to the UL94HB standard. Parker Hannifin warrants all Transair components to be free of defects in material and workmanship for 10 years from the date of installation. Transair Pipe Hangers are lightweight and easy to install. All hangers are installed by positioning a threaded rod into a fixed position, then threading the pipe hanger onto the rod. This installation method keeps the piping stable during the expansion and contraction of the system. To overcome most pipe routing challenges, Parker offers spacers and threaded rod adapters that can be used to extend the pipe below or away from an obstacle. Transair compressed air piping can only be hung using Transair pipe hangers. The use of non-Transair hangers can void the warranty. All hangers are 100% recyclable, silicone free, and made from materials with no propagation of flame. All hangers conform to the UL94V-2 standard. Parker Hannifin warrants all Transair components to be free of defects in material and workmanship for 10 years from the date of installation. Each Transair pipe hanger can support 44lbs, but Parker suggests using 2 clips per length of pipe. For proper installation and placement of the hangers, download our installation manual.
