4" (101mm) 304 Stainless Steel pipe, 20 feet long

TX16 L3 00

Transair stainless steel pipe offers strong chemical compatibility and resistance to corrosion. In addition to compressed air, vacuum, and industrial/inert gas, Transair stainless steel can be used for process water and chemical transfer. The chemical make-up of the stainless steel pipe makes it the ideal choice for washdown and high purity applications where daily cleaning and overall cleanliness is mandatory. Transair stainless steel can integrate into existing copper, steel, and aluminum systems without compromising performance, making it perfect for upgrades or expansion projects. Available form 3/4” to 4”, Transair stainless steel is the ideal piping solution for process water and chemical transfer applications. 3/4” and 1” pipes are 316L stainless steel while 1-1/2” to 4” pipes are 304 stainless steel. All Transair pipe and fittings are reusable, allowing for quick system modifications. All Transair components are backed by a 10 year warranty. Transair components are 100% recyclable and silicone free. 4" (101mm) ANSI Standard Butterfly Valve (handle not included)

4" (101mm) ANSI Standard Butterfly Valve (handle not included)

VR02 L3 00US

Transair valves are designed for quick and easy integration into a Transair system. Valves are an important addition to any compressed air system to stop the flow of air to certain parts of the system. Placing valves at strategic points (i.e. compressor outlets, dryers, storage tanks, drop lines, etc) allow for system isolation for routine maintenance or layout reconfigurations. Transair offers ball and butterfly valves to fit size constraints and preference. The “full bore” design of Transair valves, paired with the low coefficient of friction in the aluminum pipe ensures optimal flow throughout the compressed air system. All valves are 100% recyclable, silicone free, and made from materials with no propagation of flame. All valves conform to the UL94HB standard. Parker Hannifin warrants all Transair components to be free of defects in material and workmanship for 10 years from the date of installation. Dependent on size, Transair valves connect via: push to connect, snap ring, or flange and bolt technology. For the full installation instructions, download our installation manual. 4" (101mm) Butterfly Valve w/ EPDM Seal

VR02 L3 01US

Transair valves for stainless steel pipe are designed for quick and easy integration into a Transair stainless steel pipe system. Each valve features a lockable handle for additional safety and prevent accidental movement of the handle. Placing valves at strategic points in the facility allows for localized isolation for maintenance and layout reconfigurations without shutting down the entire system.  Transair butterfly valves are available with either an EPDM or FKM seal for increased chemical compatibility while controlling costs. Our ball valves all come standard with a PTFE seal for strong chemical resistance. When environmental conditions are a concern, we offer our ball valves with either a stainless steel or brass body.  The “full bore” design of Transair valves paired with the low coefficient of friction in the stainless steel pipe ensures optimal flow throughout the system. All components are 100% recyclable, silicone free, and manufactured from materials with no propagation of flame. Parker Hannifin warrants all Transair components to be free of defects in material and workmanship for 10 years from the date of installation. Transair Fittings for Aluminum Pipe install fast and with minimal tooling. All Transair fittings are designed to securely fit around Transair aluminum pipe, increasing system efficiency and preventing compressed air leaks. Transair fittings come in a variety of styles for easy assembly and layout design of compressed air, vacuum, and industrial/inert gas systems. All Transair components can integrate into existing copper or steel systems, allowing for easy expansion of an existing system. The “full bore” design of Transair fittings, paired with the low coefficient of friction in the aluminum pipe ensures optimal flow throughout the compressed air system. All fittings are 100% recyclable, silicone free, and made from materials with no propagation of flame. All fittings conform to the UL94HB standard. Parker Hannifin warrants all Transair components to be free of defects in material and workmanship for 10 years from the date of installation. Transair 1/2” (16.5mm), 1” (25mm), and 1-1/2” (40mm) fittings use push-to-connect technology. All fittings ship from the factory pre-torqued and marked. To install, just push the pipe into the fitting until the insertion mark meets the end of the fitting. There is no need to tighten the nut of the fitting further. All 1/2” 1”, and 1-1/2”; pipes come from the factory with the insertion depth pre-marked, but if field cutting is required, the insertion depth needs to be marked using a Transair marking tool. Transair 2” (50mm) and 2-1/2” (63mm) fittings use snap ring technology. With a snap ring fitting, a polyamide retaining ring is inserted into 2 holes at the end of the pipe. This ring, along with tightening the fitting nuts with a spanner wrench, prevents the fitting from coming off the pipe. All 2”and 2-1/2” pipes come from the factory with the snap ring holes pre-drilled, but if field cutting is required, the snap rings holes need to be drilled using a Transair Drill Jig. Transair 3” (76mm), 4” (101mm), and 6” (168mm) fittings use clamshell technology. The clamshell fitting has a removable cartridge (seal) that fits over the end of the pipe and is prevented from sliding by the lugs on the end of the pipe. The fitting is then fitted over the lugs and the cartridge and bolted down using a cross pattern to prevent stripping the bolts. All 3” 4”, and 6” pipes come from the factory pre-lugged, but if field cutting is required, the lugs need to be made using a Transair lugging tool and die.
