8" (220mm) ANSI Standard Aluminum Flange Adapter
RA31 V1200-SF
Transair Fittings for Aluminum Pipe install fast and with minimal tooling. All Transair fittings are designed to securely fit around Transair aluminum pipe, increasing system efficiency and preventing compressed air leaks. Transair fittings come in a variety of styles for easy assembly and layout design of compressed air, vacuum, and industrial/inert gas systems. All Transair components can integrate into existing copper or steel systems, allowing for easy expansion of an existing system. The “full bore” design of Transair fittings, paired with the low coefficient of friction in the aluminum pipe ensures optimal flow throughout the compressed air system. All fittings are 100% recyclable, silicone free, and made from materials with no propagation of flame. All fittings conform to the UL94HB standard. Parker Hannifin warrants all Transair components to be free of defects in material and workmanship for 10 years from the date of installation. Transair 1/2” (16.5mm), 1” (25mm), and 1-1/2” (40mm) fittings use push-to-connect technology. All fittings ship from the factory pre-torqued and marked. To install, just push the pipe into the fitting until the insertion mark meets the end of the fitting. There is no need to tighten the nut of the fitting further. All 1/2” 1”, and 1-1/2”; pipes come from the factory with the insertion depth pre-marked, but if field cutting is required, the insertion depth needs to be marked using a Transair marking tool. Transair 2” (50mm) and 2-1/2” (63mm) fittings use snap ring technology. With a snap ring fitting, a polyamide retaining ring is inserted into 2 holes at the end of the pipe. This ring, along with tightening the fitting nuts with a spanner wrench, prevents the fitting from coming off the pipe. All 2”and 2-1/2” pipes come from the factory with the snap ring holes pre-drilled, but if field cutting is required, the snap rings holes need to be drilled using a Transair Drill Jig. Transair 3” (76mm), 4” (101mm), and 6” (168mm) fittings use clamshell technology. The clamshell fitting has a removable cartridge (seal) that fits over the end of the pipe and is prevented from sliding by the lugs on the end of the pipe. The fitting is then fitted over the lugs and the cartridge and bolted down using a cross pattern to prevent stripping the bolts. All 3” 4”, and 6” pipes come from the factory pre-lugged, but if field cutting is required, the lugs need to be made using a Transair lugging tool and die. 8" (220mm) Butterfly Valve (handle included)
VR02 V1200US-SF
Transair valves are designed for quick and easy integration into a Transair system. Valves are an important addition to any compressed air system to stop the flow of air to certain parts of the system. Placing valves at strategic points (i.e. compressor outlets, dryers, storage tanks, drop lines, etc) allow for system isolation for routine maintenance or layout reconfigurations. Transair offers ball and butterfly valves to fit size constraints and preference. The “full bore” design of Transair valves, paired with the low coefficient of friction in the aluminum pipe ensures optimal flow throughout the compressed air system. All valves are 100% recyclable, silicone free, and made from materials with no propagation of flame. All valves conform to the UL94HB standard. Parker Hannifin warrants all Transair components to be free of defects in material and workmanship for 10 years from the date of installation. Dependent on size, Transair valves connect via: push to connect, snap ring, or flange and bolt technology. For the full installation instructions, download our installation manual. Markets: Automotive Assembly Food and Beverage Packaging Industrial Plants Aerospace Features/Benefits: Quick connection technology Modular and reusable Corrosion resistant Full-bore design Optimum flow rate 100% recyclable Faster installation Lower installation costs Immediate pressurization Lightweight 10-year Warranty Applications: Compressed Air Vacuum Industrial/inert Gases (i.e. Argon, Nitrogen, Carbon Dioxide) Maximum Working Pressure: 1/2” to 4”: 232psi (15,9bar) when the system is operated between -4 to +113 F (-20 to +46.1 C) 6”: 188psi (12,9 bar) when the system is operated between -4 to +140 F (-20 to + 60 C) Maximum Working Temperature (1/2” to 4”): 185°F when system is operated at 101psi or lower 158°F when the system is operated at 145psi or lower 140°F when the system is operated at 188psi or lower 115°F when the system is operated at 232psi or lower

2" (50mm) Pipe Hanger
6697 50 01
Transair Pipe Hangers are lightweight and easy to install. All hangers are installed by positioning a threaded rod into a fixed position, then threading the pipe hanger onto the rod. This installation method keeps the piping stable during the expansion and contraction of the system. To overcome most pipe routing challenges, Parker offers spacers and threaded rod adapters that can be used to extend the pipe below or away from an obstacle. Transair compressed air piping can only be hung using Transair pipe hangers. The use of non-Transair hangers can void the warranty. All hangers are 100% recyclable, silicone free, and made from materials with no propagation of flame. All hangers conform to the UL94V-2 standard. Parker Hannifin warrants all Transair components to be free of defects in material and workmanship for 10 years from the date of installation. Each Transair pipe hanger can support 44lbs, but Parker suggests using 2 clips per length of pipe. For proper installation and placement of the hangers, download our installation manual.
