3" (76mm) ANSI Standard Steel Flange Adapter
RX31 L1 00*
Transair Fittings for Stainless Steel Pipe are quick and easy to install. All fittings are designed to securely fit around Transair stainless steel pipe, increasing system efficiency and preventing leaks. Transair fittings for stainless steel pipe are available in a variety of styles for easy assembly and layout design for compressed air, vacuum, industrial/inert gas, process water, or chemical transfer system. Fittings are available with either FKM or EPDM for robust chemical compatibility. The “full bore” design of Transair fittings pair with the low coefficient of friction in the stainless steel pipe ensures optimal flow throughout the system. All components are 100% recyclable, silicone free, and manufactured from materials with no propagation of flame. Parker Hannifin warrants all Transair components to be free of defects in material and workmanship for 10 years from the date of installation. Transair 3/4" (22mm) and 1” (28mm) fittings use push-to-connect technology. To install, mark the insertion depth on the pipe and insert the pipe into the fitting until the edge of the connector meets the marked line on the pipe. Transair 1-1/2” (42mm) and 2” (60mm) fittings use clamp ring technology. To install, place the clamp ring over the lugs at the end of the pipe and slide the fitting nut in place. Next, hand tighten the nut onto the body. Lastly, use a pair of spanner wrenches to tighten the fitting one-half (1/2) turn. All 1-1/2” and 2” stainless steel pipe comes from the factory pre-lugged, but if field cutting is required, the lugs need to be made using a Transair lugging tool and die. Transair 3” (76mm) and 4” (101mm) fittings use clamshell technology. To install, place the remove cartridge over the end of the pipe until it meets the lugs. Next, place the clamshell union over the cartridge and tighten the fitting using a cross bolt pattern. All 3” and 4” stainless steel pipe comes from the factory pre-lugged, but if field cutting is required, the lugs need to be made using a Transair lugging tool and die. For full installation instructions, download our stainless steel catalog. Green 3" (76mm) pipe, 20 feet long
TA16 L1 02
Transair's modular aluminum pipe delivers superior performance for compressed air, vacuum, and inert gas applications. The aluminum construction prevents corrosion build-up and deterioration of the pipe over time. All Transair aluminum pipes leave the factory with a QUALICOAT certified coating for protection against environmental effects. Transair will not add additional contaminants into a compressed air system. The quality of air leaving the compressor room will remain unchanged in a Transair system. With Transair, there is no need to paint the piping to indicate the media being conveyed. Transair comes in 3 standard colors: Blue for compressed air, Gray for vacuum, and Green for industrial/inert gases. For additional colors, please contact Transair customer service. A Transair system can integrate into existing copper and steel compressed air systems without compromising performance, making it ideal for system upgrades or expansions. The lightweight materials, quick connection technology and minimal required tooling allow a Transair system to be installed 4x faster than traditional methods. All Transair components are 100% recyclable, reusable, and silicone free. Parker warranties all Transair parts for 10 years against manufacturing defects. 3" (76mm) ANSI Standard Butterfly Valve (handle not included)
VR02 L1 00US
Transair valves are designed for quick and easy integration into a Transair system. Valves are an important addition to any compressed air system to stop the flow of air to certain parts of the system. Placing valves at strategic points (i.e. compressor outlets, dryers, storage tanks, drop lines, etc) allow for system isolation for routine maintenance or layout reconfigurations. Transair offers ball and butterfly valves to fit size constraints and preference. The “full bore” design of Transair valves, paired with the low coefficient of friction in the aluminum pipe ensures optimal flow throughout the compressed air system. All valves are 100% recyclable, silicone free, and made from materials with no propagation of flame. All valves conform to the UL94HB standard. Parker Hannifin warrants all Transair components to be free of defects in material and workmanship for 10 years from the date of installation. Dependent on size, Transair valves connect via: push to connect, snap ring, or flange and bolt technology. For the full installation instructions, download our installation manual. 3" (76mm) Butterfly Valve w/ EPDM Seal
VR02 L1 01US
Transair valves for stainless steel pipe are designed for quick and easy integration into a Transair stainless steel pipe system. Each valve features a lockable handle for additional safety and prevent accidental movement of the handle. Placing valves at strategic points in the facility allows for localized isolation for maintenance and layout reconfigurations without shutting down the entire system. Transair butterfly valves are available with either an EPDM or FKM seal for increased chemical compatibility while controlling costs. Our ball valves all come standard with a PTFE seal for strong chemical resistance. When environmental conditions are a concern, we offer our ball valves with either a stainless steel or brass body. The “full bore” design of Transair valves paired with the low coefficient of friction in the stainless steel pipe ensures optimal flow throughout the system. All components are 100% recyclable, silicone free, and manufactured from materials with no propagation of flame. 3/8" Threaded Rod Adapter for 1/2" (16.5mm) to 1-1/2" (40mm) Transair Pipe Hangers
0169 00 05 00
Transair Pipe Hangers are lightweight and easy to install. All hangers are installed by positioning a threaded rod into a fixed position, then threading the pipe hanger onto the rod. This installation method keeps the piping stable during the expansion and contraction of the system. To overcome most pipe routing challenges, Parker offers spacers and threaded rod adapters that can be used to extend the pipe below or away from an obstacle. Transair compressed air piping can only be hung using Transair pipe hangers. The use of non-Transair hangers can void the warranty. All hangers are 100% recyclable, silicone free, and made from materials with no propagation of flame. All hangers conform to the UL94V-2 standard. Parker Hannifin warrants all Transair components to be free of defects in material and workmanship for 10 years from the date of installation. Each Transair pipe hanger can support 44lbs, but Parker suggests using 2 clips per length of pipe. For proper installation and placement of the hangers, download our installation manual.
